Liddle Sheets P.C. is currently litigating a proposed class action lawsuit against International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) on behalf of neighboring residents who are seeking relief from the noxious odors they believe are coming from the facility. The Class Action lawsuit, filed in January of 2022, alleges that the IFF facility, located at 2051 Lane Avenue in Jacksonville, emits noxious odors that interfere with residents’ ability to use and enjoy their property and negatively impacts property values.
